• The class I want to take is full, do you have a waitlist?

    Yes, please email me if there is a class you want to take that is full so I can add you to the waitlist.

  • How many people are in each class?

    We can accommodate a small group of six sewist per class/workshop.

  • What if I miss a sewing session?

    I am unable to provide make-up sessions, so please try your best to make all scheduled sessions. I am unable to provide refunds for missed sessions.

  • What is provided?

    Everything is included.

    Sewing machines, sewing tools, fabric, notions, and copy of the the digital pattern are all included in the cost of class.

  • Do you teach kids?

    All workshops are for ages 16+. Please let me know in if you are registering your kiddo.

  • Can I bring my own sewing machine/tools?

    Yes, but you must know how to use your own sewing machine and be comfortable working on it. You must also bring your own bobbins and machine needles. Please email me if you plan to bring your own machine.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    It is extremely hard to fill workshops last minute. If you need to cancel your spot and are able to give over 48 hours' notice, you will receive a digital store credit that can be used for a future workshop. Store credits never expire.

    If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will not receive a refund or store credit. I completely understand life happens, but please do not ask me to make an exception to this rule.

    If a workshop does not have at least three participants, I reserve the right to cancel the workshop with 48 hours notice. If a workshop is cancelled, you will receive your choice between a store credit or full refund.

  • Can I bring my own fabric?

    Yes! Please let me know if you plan to bring your own fabric so I can work with you to determine the yardage that you will need and provide guidance on the type of fabric that is best suited for the project.

    You will also be responsible for washing your fabric prior to the first class (to account for shrinkage) and bringing your own matching thread.

  • Do you do private lessons?

    Not at this time, but I hope to have capacity to offer private lessons in the future.

  • Do you host private sewing events?

    Yes! If you’re interested in having a private group sewing event for a birthday party, bridal shower, or work event, please email me.

    I usually need about two months notice to plan and schedule a private event.
